
Quijote Roquero
Don Quijote envisioned as an Electric Guitar player playing with Sancho Panza who plays the drums in the “Sancho Banda” as well as Dulcinea as the singer. This piece is inspired by Rafael Caraballo’s son, Ian Rafael Caraballo, who is play bass player and has been in several bands throughout his life.

Rafael Caraballo
Rafael Caraballo was born in Yauco, Puerto Rico, on May 28, 1940. He studied at the Interamerican University (POLY) and at the Tyler School of Art at Temple University in Philadelphia. For 32 years, he was a teacher, supervisor, and art director for the Puerto Rican educational system. He has participated in exhibitions in Puerto Rico, Philadelphia, and New York. His paintings are found in private collections nationwide and abroad. Rafael Caraballo passed away in 2020, leaving behind his artwork for everyone to appreciate internationally.
